FEET FIRST

FEET FIRST

FEET FIRST shares the naked truth of our lives and business ventures from birth to adulthood and beyond. All the choices, mistakes, failures and successes, fears and lessons learned of two ordinary men whose paths finally converged and resulted in incredible personal and professional evolution.

Whether you are struggling in business, are extremely successful, or find yourself somewhere in between, we hope you may be able to relate our journeys to your own. Or if you are just interested in reading two life stories depicting how two men’s upbringings, experiences, relationships, and life and work choices have moulded them, this book is for you.

We are travelling our own journeys, each one unique. On many counts, our journeys have not been easy
but they have been extremely fortunate on others. Looking back now, we came together when we each realised, whether consciously or subconsciously,
that we had needs the other would be able to meet. What eventuated was something much more remarkable than we could have ever imagined.

Who is this story about?

Just two ordinary Australian blokes. Two business owners – one of us now a very successful podiatrist globally known as an expert in that field, and the other an equally successful and influential business coach.

It is about Troy Parsons, a podiatrist who can proudly say he is now an international authority in his field - but not without having made massive mistakes and moving forward to risk new opportunities. It is also about Greg Gunter, a successful international business coach who has also learnt some very hard lessons in life and work, both from his mistakes and his successes.

We both invite you to share our stories from birth to where we are now. To share our hopes and dreams, our fears and failures, our darkest moments and our successes.
