Strength & Balance Class

We offer both small group classes and one-on-one Strength & Balance sessions for all abilities and ages, which target your specific goals, with our exercise physiologists. Classes are completed on-site and all equipment is provided, just bring a towel and water bottle. No experience necessary, only an initial assessment prior to commencing classes to ensure suitability.

Mat Pilates classes involve exercises that focus on whole-body strength and stability by honing in on your key stabilising muscles.

Our strength & balance classes are great for:

  • Helping manage osteoporosis - stimulating new bone growth and improving muscle strength
  • Falls prevention and improving balance - improving strength and both static and dynamic balance)
  • Improving whole body, functional strength and muscle quality - to maintain independence and increase ability to carry out every day tasks safely
  • Improving mobility and confidence while walking - increase safety around the home and out into the community

I go there and they have pretty much excelled in the way they deal with me either looking after my feet or going to Lyle for a massage. When I walk through the door I feel welcomed and the staff there are excellent. Troy should be proud of the wonderful staff he has.
